OUR STORY

The story of Sourire is one of friendship and a shared passion.

We are Guillaume and Justin. In 2015, we opened our first Parisian tapas bar with a simple conviction: to reinvent sharing around creative and generous plates made exclusively with FRENCH products. Sourire Tapas Galande was born.

Fueled by this enthusiasm, in 2016 we explored a more gastronomic approach, affirming our love for higher-end products. We reversed this direction in 2026, returning to a more essential cuisine: Sourire le restaurant.

In 2023, we returned to our first love. With Sourire Trousseau, we continue to write this gourmet, human adventure, guided by a single desire: to make you smile.

Sourire Galande, the historic address with its intimate charm, nestled in the authentic Paris of the 5th arrondissement, and Sourire Trousseau, the gourmet haven in the 12th arrondissement, with its warm and contemporary setting, both share the same DNA: sharing, conviviality, and pleasure. Here, there are no rigid rules, but rather creative dishes to share, 100% homemade and guided by the rhythm of the seasons, to be selected according to your mood. Meat lovers, vegetarians, seafood enthusiasts, charcuterie aficionados, cheese lovers—everyone nibbles as they please and pairs their meal with a wine selected from independent winemakers.

Sourire le Restaurant in the 13th arrondissement is reinventing its story after ten years of fine dining. Since the summer of 2026, we wanted to return to the essentials and offer a more accessible, modern restaurant. Here you'll find gourmet French cuisine enlivened by global influences, while maintaining its commitment to 100% homemade dishes and its core values: following the seasons and cooking with impeccably high-quality ingredients.
